With an extensive background in Strength + Conditioning, Sam is a passionate physiotherapist who believes that optimal outcomes are often achieved through a combination of manual therapy and exercise-based rehabilitation. His approach is active, collaborative and aimed at empowering his patients in their rehab journey.
Rehab Program
Adapt Health + Performance also offers as a comprehensive rehabilitation program incorporating weekly 1 on 1 Physiotherapy consultations and daily access to physiotherapist supervised strength training sessions in a small private gym setting.

This model is perfect for both Pre + Post Operative patients undergoing Total Knee or Hip Replacements, ACL Reconstructions and Various Shoulder Surgeries.

Carla heads the allied health team at Adapt Health and Performance and is not your usual chiropractor. Having worked in osteopathic and physiotherapy practices throughout her entire, she has a unique take on managing musculoskeletal injuries that heavily focuses on exercise, soft-tissue release and massage. With two post-graduate research degrees in Psychology exploring issues related to breast cancer survivorship and endometriosis, Carla is passionate about women’s health and uniquely positioned to provide more holistic care for her patients. Carla also has extensive experience managing both elite and recreational runners using force plate and gait analysis technology for diagnosis and exercise rehabilitation.
