No-show policy
If you do not attend a booked appointment and do not contact the studio beforehand, the full session fee is charged. This applies to personal training, physiotherapy, chiropractic, and exercise physiology. To avoid a no-show fee, call or email as soon as you know you cannot attend.

No-show policy at a glance
- A no-show is a missed appointment with no prior contact from the client.
- Fee charged: 100% of the booked session rate.
- To avoid a no-show fee: contact the studio before your appointment time.
- Repeat no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.
