Refunds and session credits
Pre-paid session packs at Adapt Health and Performance can be refunded inside 14 days of purchase, less any sessions already used at the casual rate. After 14 days, remaining sessions are held as studio credit that can be used across eligible services. Rebates through private health funds are processed by the fund and are not handled by the studio.
