Health fund rebates
Physiotherapy, chiropractic, and exercise physiology at Adapt Health and Performance may be claimable through eligible private health fund extras cover. Rebates are processed through your fund using the provider receipt issued at the end of your appointment. No referral is required to book, but some funds may require a GP referral to issue a rebate. Personal training and group classes are not eligible for private health fund rebates.

- Bring: your health fund card and any Medicare care plan documentation.
